THE STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAME 2018-2019

THE ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM OPENS IN MID December 2017. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING   THE COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKAGE: 31st January, 2018.
 IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE APPLYING TO ANY PROGRAM:
It is the sole responsibility of student(s) applying for any professional degree (viz. Medical, Engineering, Agriculture etc.) to first get confirmed its accreditation from the respective Councils i.e. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC), Agriculture Council, & Nursing Council etc.
Further, applicant who failed to submit online application form through both websites (HEC and Hungary) will not be considered for further processing.
HEC invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungarian Scholarship Programme 2018-19, under bilateral Higher Education and Scientific Exchange Programme between the Government of Hungary and Higher Education Commission (HEC), Government of Pakistan.  All awards will be made on the basis of the academic merit, quality of the research proposal, potential of the candidate, likely impact of the work on the development of Pakistan. The Programme is managed by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary.
SCHOLARSHIP TYPES

Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for Pakistani students fulfilling basic eligibility criteria in specified disciplines and other requirements of Hungarian universities under following programs:

  1. Bachelor Degree (04 years degree programme after 12 years education)
  2. Master Degree (02 years degree programme after 16 years education)
  3. PhD Degree (03 years doctoral degree (PhD) after 18 years education)

Note:     The students applying for programmes in English language shall have an appropriate knowledge of English at a certain level that is defined by the host Hungarian Institution. Only above specified disciplines / field of studies will be considered for award of scholarship. Further, field of studies / Disciplines once selected by any candidate will not be changed before or after award of scholarship.

Every evening, I also visit the garden. Many gardeners take care of it. 

SILENT STEPS (Poem By Tagore)

His full name was Rabindranath Tagore. He was born on 7 May 1861 in Kolkata (Calcutta) India. He was a famous poet, philosopher, prophet and a critic he died on 7 August 1941 Kolkata(Calcutta) India. Tagore rejected formal schooling and learned much at home. He attended University College, London,  to study law but quit before the completion of the degree. Although Tagore is famous for poetry, he did his best in writing novels, essays, short stories, plays and articles. His masterwork is ‘ Gitanjali ’ (a collection of poems) a spiritual journey from finite to infinite, it earned him the title of ‘mystic poet’. He composed more than 2000 songs. He is the official composer for the national anthem of  India and Bangladesh. In 1913, he was awarded the Nobel Prize for ‘Gitanjali’. In 1915, the British Crown granted a Knighthood that he returned after Jallianwala Bagh massacre (also known as the Amritsar took place on April 1919 when British Indian Army fired machine guns on unarme...

WHERE THE MIND IS WITHOUT FEAR AND THE HEAD IS HELD HIGH
